Sleeping at Villa Lussac

“The idea behind the house is that it has different atmospheres”.

The living areas are located on the garden level, where you will find the spacious living-cum-dining room (nearly 90 m²), the semi-professional kitchen with adjoining laundry room, and the games room with table football.

The sleeping area is located on the first floor with its 5 beautiful bedrooms: a master suite, three double bedrooms and an extendable family room.

Emmanuel and Céline as a couple are passionate about decoration, and they wanted each of the bedrooms to have its own special atmosphere. Emmanuel – a trained designer and cabinetmaker – has created a warm and friendly ambiance thanks to the handpicked furniture and noble materials. Certain items are made of the finest wood, such as the family-designed headboards made in the workshop belonging to Emmanuel’s father.

The Suite

A 50 m² master suite with a view of the swimming pool consisting of a large bedroom with one 180 cm bed, a chest of drawers, a walnut wardrobe and a rocking chair by Ron Arad. A baby cot is available in the suite.

The master suite also has a spacious bathroom with a 2 m² shower, Corian bath and washbasins, solid walnut furniture and private toilet.

Bedrooms

A first 15 m² double bedroom with a cosy atmosphere and a view overlooking the swimming pool, featuring one 160 cm bed, wardrobe and leather rocking chair.

A second 15 m² double bedroom with a distinct atmosphere in made-to-measure solid amaranth wood and with a view of the pool: one 160 cm bed, wardrobe and an original design rocking chair.

A bright bathroom serving the two bedrooms has a walk-in shower, toilet and solid walnut and Corian vanity top.

The third double bedroom is tucked away and features a large 180cm bed and tastefully decorated with custom-made lighting. It has a beautiful bathroom crafted from precious materials such as marble and solid amaranth wood.

Family bedroom

A prime space for families, this large 47 m² attic room features a large 180 cm bed in the middle, a sofa, and giant poufs. Two trundle beds can be used as an option to add four comfortable beds.

The private bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, toilet and Corian vanity top at a suitable height.
